  • The Thames River Heritage Park is a one-of-a-kind attraction. During the Summer, a hop-on-hop off water taxi connects the Groton and New London sites. It's only $10 for adults and $5 for a round-trip ticket! Sites within the park are all of historical and cultural significance to the region. There are two forts, including the only Revolutionary War battlefield in Connecticut, an art museum, historic homes, the home of the first nuclear-powered submarine, and lots more. I highly recommend a visit! There are numerous events throughout the year for folks of all ages.
  • Boat ride. 10 bucks. Great way to see the action on the Thames river
