Highly recommend this group. After a few months worth of shopping and bad experience I stumbled into miles and Kerri in the diamond district. I knew from the first hello that I wanted to work with them as they were very pleasant and genuine. They supplied me with exactly what I was looking for and did it within my budget. Really nice people with really nice product who I plan on referring out to all my friends looking to get engaged soon.

Myles answered every question I had, showed me so many different options that I had never even considered. Such a classy and knowledgeable group of people. I walked into many other stores in the diamond district and found no one like them. Great customer service and they worked with me on pricing and payments. The ring turned out better than I imagined. She said yes and hasn't stopped looking at the ring or getting compliments since. I would definitely recommend Firenze. Ask for Myles or Kerri.
