  • It is the highest church in the United States.. Built by the Pelton and Collens commissioned by Rockefeller, they took as their model the Gothic French Cathedral of Chartes (XIII century) the central nave can accommodate more than 2000 people. The tower houses a carillon composed of 74 bronze bells and one of these is the "Bordone", 20 tons, the largest in the world. The church is located in Upper Manhattan on the 120 St Street, on the 490 Riverside Drive near the Morningside Heights campus of Columbia University... Along the Hudson River. Really worth a visit

  • What a magnificent edifice! I went their for the Baha'i New Year and read a prayer accompanied by a veteran classically-trained violinist. The room we were in comfortably fit over 300 people. I don't know much about this place but I know it most be a staple just by how beautiful the architecture is. If ever in the west part of Harlem, by Columbia / Barnard College, go visit. You won't regret it.
  • Very big and very beautiful. So accommodating had a blast competing there music. Great to visit and explore!
