Beautiful promenade!! Great for people watching.. dog walking... Bathrooms located on the bottom level of the park. Kind of hidden... So, I suggest to ask one of the vendors for directions.
Large indoor/outdoor facility with lots of sports venues. Huge outdoor track with stands for. Not too modern but cleanly maintained with adequate amenities including snack bar. Staff are everywhere. Overlooks Hudson River and New Jersey.
