  • EDIT: I'm going to modify this to a 5 star experience because the owner just responded back to my feedback. That level of interest in the customer's well-being warrants a generous feedback as well. :) We watched Frozen from the Mezzanine. We sat way by the side so some of the deeper stage scenes were a little harder to see. But it was enjoyable nonetheless.
  • Saw Frozen here. It was amazing! Theater itself was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just don't try to buy tickets from the box office around showtime (for a different show date/time). You'll be waiting until the curtains go up and by then the seats you saw online might be gone. Box office folks were as "helpful" as I've come to expect. (One completely ignored me for a few minutes as I stood outside her window so I went to the next window. Just trying to give people some space to do their next task, you know?) I guess it's fine to feel like having a small win for saving buckets of money by going to the box office.
