The Skylark Reviews
This fancy place, with the Empire State Building in full view, was a great place to celebrate a friend's wedding. There was dancing, delicious hors d'oeuvres and the only thing missing was a main cour... more »

The prices of the drinks are correct in the bar. Our not very dressed outfits spent too much in the chic but we could get. Beautiful moment. We would return with pleasure the day view! Went on a Tuesday evening around 8 - entry was smooth and it wasn't too crowded. There isn't an outdoor area, but the view was great, overlooking part of Times Square. For a great view of the Empire State Building, there is a table in the corner near the restrooms, as well as the billiards room downstairs. I ordered the liquid chocolate truffle cocktail, which was interesting. Atmosphere was great and the music wasn't too loud. Good for conversation. I didn't try their food but it looked good. Would come again!
Fun lively bar! Sweet potatoe fries were delicious as well as the specialty cocktail. No bar sitting, was eating alone so sat at a high top. Great views!
