Erie Canalway Trail, Meredith

I frequently bike on the Erie Canal trail for exercise and it's quite pleasant except for a stretch along the South side in Tonawanda where you are strictly on the roadside with storm sewer grates...

Walk it, run it, bike it but don’t miss it! Take your kids, your dogs or go alone. It’s nature at it’s best! A great place to exercise but also a great place for a peaceful walk.
