  I never knew the bears eat off the top of their paw! We gave them apple quarters and they'd set it on their paw and eat it from there. Cute!  more »

  Highly recommend!! I thought it would be sad to see bears in cages like at the zoo, but these bears are SO HAPPY and living enriched lives. They've got tons of room, get treats from visitors, and are clean and well cared for. I loved this place. If you've got the extra $10, take a picture with the bear cub! It was awesome to get to pet one

  We had an amazing day at Oswald’s Bear Ranch! One of the best tourist things in the UP. Prices are SUPER reasonable. Bears seem happy and treated well. I would recommend this place to anyone! All of the staff were super friendly to us. We got a bear cub photo that was very clear and the staff was very helpful and kind. They have apples you can throw to the bears which was really fun! I wouldn’t listen to the negative reviews! This place is a great, family-friendly place to visit!
