  • My favorite local waterfall It flows best in winter and spring but most years it manages to flow year round. It's not a big fall it's a rugged natural spring that over the past 10,000 years that has made its mark. What my kids and i like the most is that there is life in the water. Newts, salamanders and frogs that are fun to look at. Please don't play with them and they will be there forever. It's a short hike but it's also quite steep, to steep for the young ones, just right for the curious ones. Be kind to this spot, it's one of my favorites.
