  • Great area for viewing shore birds. Nice beaches too. It was a cool and cloudy day which was perfect for exploring and bird watching.  more »
  • We spent every day walking in the Parker River Refuge. Great place to do birdwatching. The walking paths and new boardwalks are well marked and restrooms available at several locations.  more »
  • Such a special place. Ample parking lots, pristine facilities, friendly staff- all included for the low daily rate of $5. One of the best beaches in northern Massachusetts- clean sands, clear waters, tons of space to spread out (even during crowded weekends). From every parking lot, the beach is just a sandy boardwalk away, don't miss it! Also beautiful salt marshes and tons of biking, boating, fishing and birding opportunities.
  • Love this place. Limited parking in certain areas allows you to find an spot that is not overwhelmed by people.
