  • Newer games since the last time I was there. Smells dramatically better. Ventilation of cigarette smoke has drastically improved!! Parking is super easy. It's been a couple years since I've been to Newcastle's casino and I can undoubtedly say it's 1000% better. Love the newer games! Keep it up Newcastle
  • First ever experience with a real casino. The lights and sounds are a treat but it was so smokey and the cigarette smell was almost unbearable. Like you got dumped by an ashtray. They should have a much better state of the art ventilation system. The staff was like worker bees with no interaction with the guests. Their restaurant was clean and the food came out fresh. Great customer service when ordering food. I thought they would have a buffet. Cause people like to eat. Environment of games was okay but I didn't see many people smiling while playing, strange.
