I've always stopped by the trading post when I'm visiting the area. I took my kids this time. They loved seeing the traditional rugs, blankets, jewelry and other items. If you want to buy a rug, be prepared to pay for the quality craftsmanship. They are not cheap because of all of the work that goes into one from start to finish. Don't complain about the prices. The person who is working will help you with everything and explain how everything is made. There are also snacks and drinks available. It's an awesome experience because this is an authentic trading post. I'll keep going back.

Friendly service and just overall a beautiful place to visit as long as you arrive with respect to the land, the locals, and the museum. Please, if you do find yourself here. Take a moment to appreciate the great textile work within.
