Create an itinerary including Oregon Coast Aquarium
One of the nation’s favorite marine attractions, Oregon Coast Aquarium is still best remembered as the home to Free Willy’s star orca, Keiko. Dive into experiences of marine life at Passages of the Deep, wave hello to the Tufted Puffin at Seabird Aviary, and explore outdoor mammal exhibits to find out more about otters, seals, and sea lions. It’s so easy to immerse yourself in learning and wonder at this aquarium, especially as you pass through the acrylic tunnel surrounded by underwater wildlife. It is also possible to snorkel or dive in the tanks, or to spend a night sleeping under the sharks exhibit! A visit to Oregon Coast Aquarium represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Newport trip itinerary planner to plot your vacation.

  • I love this aquarium! It may be small but it has great exhibits. You can view all exhibits from different angles which you can't do in a lot of aquariums. Definitely a must if you're in the area.

  • Super fun they had a few new exhibits that they didn’t have last time. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and just a nice visit all around.

  • Our family had a great time at the aquarium! There are a few animal exhibits not open. We watched the sealions get fed and we all loved the tunnel of fish and sharks! There is a hands-on tide pool area where you get to touch sea creatures and learn more about them. It was over $100 for 6 of us. It was a fun time!
  • My wife and I went to the aquarium, and it was really neat! The aquarium was very well layed out, had just the right amount of stuff to see, and really fun to walk through. I recommend going if you haven't yet. The tunnels you walk through that are underground are pretty neat 👌!! It just really neat to see all the different marine life that is out in the ocean 😀. The lady that gave us our tickets was really friendly.
