  • Epic place for a short hike and to cool off in the ice cold falls
  • We took our family to the falls on a Saturday in July. There were quite a few people, but it didn't feel crowded. The falls are beautiful, and there are several shallow pools for little ones, or wading. There are also some deeper pools for the more adventurous. Obviously parents need to keep an eye on the kids, since there are not a lot of barriers to keep them from falling over ledges or the falls. That being said, we were surrounded by little people, and they seemed very safe. This is not much of a hike, and the falls are right off the parking lot, so very accessible. There is a fee, but it is "on your honor." Overall a great hike!
