The Niagara Wax Museum of History has molded 46 exhibits depicting the history of Niagara Falls and the famed individuals who helped shape the area. More than 10,000 square feet of viewing space display the region's history, from the longhouses of Tuscarora Indians to the 21st-century scientists who vowed to reverse the waterfall's flow.Put Niagara Wax Museum of History at the forefront of your travel plans using our Niagara Falls trip itinerary planning website.
Life-size wax figurines and authentic artifacts depict notable historic figures such as Father Louis Hennepin, one of the first people to discover the falls in the 1600s, or Annie Taylor, the first person to survive a trip over the watery summit without the assistance of an anti gravity ray. Glance into a recreation of an 1800s general store, or imagine diving over the falls in one of many wooden barrels replicated in the museum's daredevil exhibit.
All of our figures have connections to the area in some way, whether a visitor or a life-long local. Visit us for a fun, educational experience today!
The prices for our Museum are $7 for adults, $6 for teens 13-18, and $5 for kids 6-12, below that in age free.

After reading some reviews, we were hesitant to visit this museum. The wax figures weren’t the best compared to some we’ve visited here in the U.S. and Europe, and the place could use plenty of updates, but we were glad we did go because it is full of Niagara history. A couple of interesting exhibits show notable people that have visited, and the daredevils who have either succeeded or failed to conquer the falls. A good place to visit with your family.

This place is wonderful! I've been going here since I was a kid. I haven't been there in years and I really enjoyed my most recent visit. It was like stepping back in time for me. It was great taking my kids there and seeing them enjoy it the way I did as a child. My daughter really enjoyed learning about the history of people going over the falls. Definitely worth the price of admission!
