  • We got to see the whirlpools from above on the trail. It was very interesting, and worthwhile. The area of the whirlpools is very deep.

  • The turbulent water flow of a river with a lot of curves creates a lot of whirls which you can see here the the very interesting parts you will see when you reach the falls themseles.

  • This is a serene piece of land with greeneries. I loved the state park in our short visit. We were taken to this place as a part of the conducted tour to Niagara. This park is not too big, however, very green. The highlight is the overview to the whirlpool. The river and the whirlpool looks blue- green from the top on a sunny day. There is a small hiking loop amidst the green. We had a walk and we absolutely enjoyed it, despite of the scorching sun. There is another hiking trail as well, which is much steeper I guess. We didn’t have the time for that. There was a truck selling shaved ice in front of the park, and it was yum. If you are in the Niagara city/ Buffalo area and if you have some time, don’t miss this spot. You can spend 20 minutes, or 3-5 hours here in the nature. There are picnic benches- so it can be a perfect spot for a family time. I highly recommend the spot, if you love to spend time in the outside.
  • One morning on vacation, I stumbled across a state park on Google Maps, so our family wore mountaineering gear, drove from the hotel, and drove for about 20 minutes to the destination, but unexpectedly discovered the unparalleled beauty. The valleys and rivers are as beautiful as landscape paintings. After passing the path, you can enjoy the ecological beauty of the rivers and mountains. I hope everyone can enjoy the natural ecological beauty.
