Tour a battleship, go underwater in a submersible, or pet a few crabs at Nauticus. This educational museum's interactive exhibits teach visitors about the sea and U.S. naval endeavors. Go aboard USS Wisconsin, one of the largest battleships ever constructed by the U.S. Navy. In the Secrets of the Deep exhibit, climb inside a submersible and control the robotic arm that is used to collect items from the sea bed. At Horseshoe Crab Cove, you can handle some of the occupants of Chesapeake Bay. • David Woods was an amazing resource to learn from while on the ship. Top quality person, with enough jokes and information for your entire trip aboard. Thank you David! Will never forget it.
  • We went for the Nauticus back to school event and they had cute stations set up for the kids to work on STEAM activities. I was really impressed with the installations and my kids loved the eel. The ship was hot, as to be expected in the heat of the day, but there were nice breezeways in the shade. I wish they'd do more discount days. We parked in the lot across the street because I couldn't immediately figure out parking.
