Since 1937, Cranmore Mountain Resort has been a popular ski (and more recently snowboard) destination, in fact, it's one of the oldest continually run slopes in the country. At 610 m (2,000 ft), the resort caters to all levels, from the baby hill to 1.5 km (1 mi) descents. Nine chairlifts service 57 different runs. For thrill seekers, the resort includes five snow parks featuring jumps and rails at varying degrees of difficulty. Or ski between the trees on one of eight glade runs. The ski school offers private or group lessons for both skiing and snowboarding. • Awesome place to go for views, brews and things to do. Take the lift to the summit and enjoy a frosty beverage on the deck with a gorgeous view. The kids loved the ropes course and the summer tubing down the mountain oh and of course the alpine coaster. Let of the brakes and twist and turn down the mountain. Lots to do. Spent a whole day there and there were no lines. It's worth getting the pass to do all rides because when your kids see all the different things, you're going to look at your significant other and say "we should have bout the unlimited pass".
  • Had a very good fun time with family in the adventure park. The Mountain coaster ride is really amazing. Enjoyed the summer tubing and the Knocker ball as well. All in all a good and relaxing place to go with family. Not much options for kids below 38" height.
