The Myrtle Beach Safari wild encounters tour is fully accredited by the ZAA, The Zoological Association of America. This tour is a guided walk through our fifty acre preserve just 17 miles south of Barefoot Landing, this tour is like nothing else on earth, it's like attending an exclusive garden party or visiting a luxury spa; you are going on a life changing adventure where you can meet tigers, wolves, leopards, chimpanzees, orangutans, and other endangered species, many of them up-close and un-caged!To visit T.I.G.E.R.S. Preservation Station and other attractions in North Myrtle Beach, use our North Myrtle Beach online attractions planner.
During the tour professional photographers shoot studio quality photographs and video of the tour and the T.I.G.E.R.S. Preserve experience. This gives you the opportunity to take home a set of portraits and phenomenal videos that are incomparable to any other photo opportunity. The tours support the RSF: Rare Species Fund
The RSF was established to provide funding to critical on the ground international wildlife conservation programs, thereby complimenting the educational messages and field research of T.I.G.E.R.S. (RSF) is a grassroots organization that provides financial support and practical training to on-site wildlife conservation initiatives. This direct-to-end-user approach places RSF among the world’s most effective conservation agencies. The RSF contributes to those efforts that have shown themselves to be the most viable in real-world conservation of wildlife species populations.
By putting essential money and equipment directly into the hands of people implementing the programs, RSF ensures the greatest value for every dollar spent.
RSF also works closely with carious state, federal, and international agencies to help develop sound governmental policies pertaining to conserving and protecting the world’s wildlife. By assuring sustained funding for long-term research and conservation projects, RSF optimizes the prospects for preserving endangered species; for releasing captive animals into suitable, protected habitats; and for expanding awareness of the ties between humans and the natural world.

What an amazing experience! My sister and I got to meet some of the animals and awesome staff. Yeah it is quick but an amazing experience and worth every penny! It is a bit pricey for some. 100 dollars for one person and each additional person is 25 dollars. To me its worth it! I did pay extra doe all the pictures which was 75 dollars. The next time I come visit I will be doing the safari. Thank you guys for all the sweet animal cuddles and information about them!

Extremely knowledgeable staff here that made this experience that much better. Such a great time and wonderful memories along with pictures. Thank you for the opportunity to see these beautiful animals up close and in person. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has the chance to do it!! The price for this was well worth the chance to see these animals. Thank you to Susan for all the help in booking this. Also thank you to all the volunteers who explain so much about each animal during our visit!
