My visit to this museum was excellent. The ladies working there were very friendly and welcoming. The displays are top notch. If you are interested in Mennonite history I highly recommend this museum. more »

One of the icons of Newton, a grand history of our people in this area as far back as we can go, and the wildlife. They really cover a lot of bases and very impressive. Chuck Regier I know has been personally creating most of the exhibits with a staff that has all the experience you could imagine at a great Museum.

This museum is a treasure to have in North Newton, Kansas. It has a rich showcase of artifacts from long ago in Kansas as well as animals and artifacts from other lands. It usually has a travelling display as well. We are lucky to have such a treat nearby. There are other buildings on the property that can be toured as well. Plan to spend extended time to see it all.
