  • Beautiful drive to and from the farm, and the apple varieties are astonishing. They recommended a great apple blend for pie, and they were not wrong!

  • We were looking for heirloom apples and found Christmas Cove. Not only do they have varieties of apples that have been long forgotten everywhere else, they have a collection of 10,000 pop bottles and many metal signs and decorative buckets hanging from the rafters. The staff not only answered questions about the apples, but went out of their way to put together a mixed basket of apples with the varieties we requested. Worth the trip!
  • When they say they grow a lot of apple varieties, they are not kidding. Told us they were up to about 300! Walk in to the barn and see tables all laid out with current crop, all varieties labeled with name and short history. VERY interesting. Highly recommend if you like apples at all. Don't forget their cider....it's made with multiple varieties and is deliciously sweet. Really worth the stop. Here is a photo of some of the antique varieties I took home to try :) .... They were quite different in taste, color inside & out, texture and sweet to tartness. Actually liked them all.
