Absolutely beautiful. Thanks to the other reviewers for giving me a head's up about the wind. Yep, tie down your hat. Even on a lightly foggy day, this was a worthwhile trip.

Is is a very cool place to look out over the valley. It is a historical place in Hawaiian history, as you can read the story in the picture below. It tends to be windy here and beware of the bees ( I am allergic to them). You can get to the point from either direction you are traveling on the main road. You do need to pay to park and probably will have to use your phone & qr code, as the machines were not in service.

Its a bit foggy when we went here but still enjoyed the view. I love it! Awesome view. My eyes were full. Agreed to other review $7 parking is somehow overkill. Im wondering why they cant charge per hour?
