Ocean City's coastline is almost 13 km (8 mi) long, and it welcomes more than 1 million visitors per year. Lifeguards are present on the major part of the beach in the high season, and some parts remain guarded even during the off-season. Beach-accessible wheelchairs are available, but it's best to make a telephone reservation for these in advance. Awesome beach. It's clean, not over crowded. A great place to hang with the family, lounge around in the sand, hunt for Sea Shell's and play in the water. We also enjoyed flying our kite. As a family we love the OC NJ beach and will be back in the future.

If you ever want to get some peace take a trip to the beach and find a spot in the sand close your eyes and live in the moment. To see GODs creations such as the sea and how it meets the land with the sky clouds and son up above is such a beautiful thing. This beach is fairly cleaner than Atlantic City and just a better place overall for a family with kids. We visited here the past few years and always have a great time. Easy to find parking not far away from beach. Atmosphere is usually very friendly and welcoming. The boardwalk is followed by pretty much the same. Overall a nice beach I must honestly say.
