Cascade Outdoors, Ocoee

The staff here is excellent! So friendly! Joe was our guide, and he was top notch! He was training someone, the day we went, and just to hear his knowledge of the waters, was amazing to hear, I knew immediately, we were in the right hands. It was my first time, white water rafting, and he absolutely made our trip a wonderful one! It was safe and a blast! He even talked us through how to “surf” in our raft, and we did it! The owner of Cascade, hand picks his staff, and it’s for this reason, that sets Cascade above the rest. I originally booked with Cascade because the owner was from my home town, so I was supporting a “local”, but I am so glad I did, because looking at the other rafts with other guides from other companies, on the River, around us, it only looked chaotic. Meanwhile, on ours, we were laughing at Joe’s jokes, and well prepared for every thing that was coming ahead of us! That’s how it should be done! I will be back!

My fiancé and I had such a phenomenal time with Joe! He was a blast and one of the best parts of this rafting experience. Tons of knowledge and really made us feel safe. If you’re ever on the fence about doing this, don’t be. Especially when you are riding down with Joe and Cascade Outdoors. Made us feel like family and definitely will be making another visit!
