Melissa is a kind, generous, well experienced and knowledgeable in caring for horses and teaching horseback riding. Our daughter started lessons when she was 6 and wanted all things horses. Melissa gently introduced her to her "boys" and my daughter was able to learn and grow in her knowledge and love of horses. She also gives students ownership over the horses like they belong to you and that ownership feeling makes all the difference in learning and growing and caring for these amazing animals. We highly recommend Melissa and Western Trail Rides. It is also in a beautiful location that is so enjoyable to visit and take in. A true blessing to us all around!

My daughter just loves coming here and during this social distancing time it is great to still get outside and enjoy her classes. I highly recommend signing up, especially now if you can and get out there and learn about horses. Its one on one and you can practice social distancing while learning about amd riding horses. Great place.
