  • Great park with space, Pavillions, fishing ponds and playgrounds. We like to kill some time hiking at kill creek.

  • Beautiful place to spend time with family and friends over barbecue on the grill. Sunset and the evening sky makes it romantic. We saw a big rattle snake too, guest appearance to our party 😀 I hiked around the lake and it was around 2.5miles , upto an extent the hike is stroller friendly but not fully. Don’t forget to take wrench for water tap since we forgot ours. If you love fishing then this is a good place to do. We were in shelter 1 , it was very private covered by trees around, however the bathroom is far from it and you need a car to go. Shelter 2 is the best with lake nearby and bathrooms too. Good place for children with play area. There’s also a Observation tower in this park.
  • Our grandkids love coming to this park. They have amazing areas for cookouts where the kids can play on their massive playground blunt just a few steps the other way they can grab a pole and start fishing in the small pond. Of course if you have a small boat you can also get onto the larger lake. Their is dock areas to fish from as well. They even have access for handicapped so that they too can enjoy the fun of fishing. My wife and I enjoy the @ 1 mile trail around the lake.
