I went apple picking last weekend. I don’t want to sound cliche, but the quality compared to store bought is incomparable. The cider was the best part or the donuts. They’re tied for first. Usually I hate apple cider, it’s consistency and flavor isn’t for me. But here they make they’re cider, traditional flavor at least, with champagne yeast. And it was more like a sparkling wine you drink on New Years. At least in my opinion, and it’s strong so be careful!

Why wait? This is the best time to visit Melick's Town Farm, Oldwick, New Jersey. We made our reservation online and paid a small fee but it was worth it! The employees are friendly and we picked lots of apples. Overall the experience was very good however, just be prepared to swat a few of the evasive flies that provided some dramatic moments.
