  • Hike around Mountain Lake. Kayaks, paddle boards and swimming available. Wish I would have brought a swimsuit. Water was warm!

  • Such beautiful trails for walking, running, riding. Most are heavily shaded, so well suited for summer. We were delighted to see no trash on the 15 miles we walked. Walking among trees >100 years old puts your life issues in a bit of perspective. Trails are well marked and of varying ability level. The various falls are close enough together to take them in on a single hike. None are tall; all have their charm. The lakes are marvelously clear and inviting. The view on top is panoramic. The location offers plenty of rocks and a few picnic benches for lunch or snacks.
  • We love going to this place to camp. The people there are wonderful the campgrounds are always clean. Is the fishing at cascade lake was out of this world. But watch out for the otters and the eagles. When you catch your fish they love to eat them before you can
