  • Went on a Thurs. morning so wasn't too busy yet. Masked families with kids appeared to enjoy the storytime. Liked the LARGE painted arrows directing shoppers one direction to facilitate distancing...  more »
  • I love farmers markets and go as often as I can -small, huge, pop up, permanent, seasonal. Olympia's is a gem. It's not huge but has a great range of offerings including meat, seafood, wine...  more »
  • I love the Olympia Farmers Market! They always have such a wide selection of items of food, produce, arts and crafts, and more. Everyone is so friendly too. If you like oysters, the oyster vendors will have shooters in about 2 weeks when the weather starts to cool down. Wagner's bakery has a small spot (near the oyster vendor) and they always have delicious treats too. Like, their carrot cake that is the best I've ever had. Go visit and find some goodies for the whole family, you won't be disappointed!
  • It was nice to get out and see some new things. Large selection of local vendors, farmers and fresh meats/ seafood. Prices for produce was surprisingly reasonable about the same you pay at the grocery store. Fruits on the other hand were a little pricey. Now meats...... there was a vendor selling pork chops for $13.99 a pound come on, seriously? Another had frozen poultry $8 a pound for chicken legs. Positive note Stewart's Meat Market was amazing. Larger selection than I was expecting and real honest prices. We purchased 7 different selections (which we already sampled, delicious by the way) and even picked up some pigs ears for the dogs. Though I was obviously impressed with Stewart's we did make several purchases throughout the market including some soap with loofah inside. I hope to visit again, and still have some fun and finding reasonable prices. Oh, last tidbit. The parking event staff were amazing, thank you for proving them!!!
