  • Nice for a short stroll and great view up and down the river. Part of a longer trail if you want a longer walk or bike ride.

  • Thanks Nebraska & Iowa for providing the funds for this uniquely interesting walk. We came from the Nebraska side and only went to the state line for a photo op. Not that far and excellent views. Heart flutters occurred a bit when you could feel the bridge sway, nice thrill. For a Wednesday night, there was a good crowd of people. Ample parking even with the ongoing construction. Nice to have a bicycle Omaha police department presence, also. Glad we went.
  • It's a fun local highlight. It's free and easy to get to. The iconic view of the bridge lit up at night is great, and it's always fun to see what colors the bridge will be sporting. Not a ton of nearby food or activities which is the biggest drawback, as the area expands it will be a great place along the Missouri River. The national Park service building has a fun museum and is worth going to at least once.
