  • Enjoyed it all but if we must pick one ..🤔 We'd have to say the Bridge itself the changing colors at night with the back drop of Omaha City was beautiful. Definitely worth seeing , including walking....  more »
  • We came by late in the day while the sun was setting just as the lights on the bridge were coming on. It was niffy to feel the breezy off the water and see the sun set. Great spots for pictures.  more »
  • This is a beautiful bridge that you can walk/bike from Omaha to Council Bluffs. Along the way there is cool information about the Missouri River, the bridge itself and other interesting facts. On the Council Bluffs side, they have an open theater (I have yet to be to a show there, but it looks cool) and a fun kid park. On the Omaha side, there is more to walk around to see and do as you are in the downtown area. Right near the Bridge there is a fun water fountain that little ones can run through. Take a short walk along the riverfront and you can find shopping and restaurants. This is an enjoyable and FREE thing to do in Omaha, NE.
  • Love taking my children and dogs in the late evening/ night hours. Seems more peaceful and calming. The view of the surrounding city over the river is just gorgeous. Plus the bonus of good healthy exercise and fresh air right before bed does the body good. Know matter how many times my family and I walk it, definitely never gets old and is always worth it.
