  • If you are a Catholic or particularly interested in the history of BoysTown, you would likely enjoy a visit to their Omaha campus. You can visit Father Flanagan's home, as well as the churces on campus (I know they have a Catholic church and another Christian one within a block of each other). They also have a museum of BoysTown that includes some history of Omaha. It's a very family friendly place. They have a beautiful campus and a great walking garden across from the Catholic church. You can also attend services on Sunday morning. They are highly attended so it is frequently standing room only.
  • Few know it's here and open to visit. It's also free. Truly remarkable story and time well spent, particularly if you're a history freak, like we are. His story is interesting and meaningful. Plan to spend at least two hours in the self guided tour. You will get out if it what you put into it. Enjoy.
