  • Castle outside is a simple design. Not overly impressive, but nicely designed. While the grounds are always open to the public, the tour is what really makes an impact. As usual with these...

  • I walked the site and enjoyed the grand lawns and well manicured planting areas. The Cut Stone Main Home and Carriage House are wonderful Victorian Architecture. Well worth the time to visit.

  • The docents were great, especially the one who gave our tour! We had a couple young kids on our tour and she made it fun and engaging for everyone. I learned some very interesting things from her. She wasn't pulling my leg! Highly recommend this beautiful and historic place.
  • It has specific times for visits with info at the door. There were restrooms for tourists only to use within the floors of the castle. Their gift shop is just in development. Tour guide was a great storyteller. Well kept place with people working all over the place.
