  • This park is not available for view. It is under complete construction. I saw cranes, backhoes, etc with construction workers everywhere. It looked like renovations and additions. Not sure when...

  • Nice, usually quiet spot, to relax or view memorials. Across from Elmwood Park and main UNO campus. Spring is especially pretty with blooming trees.

  • Great family place! Good place to walk your dog. During the day, it resembles a dog park, so remember, keep dog on a leash, as all people are not comfortable with loose animals near by. BEST place to go sledding I've seen in my life! Lots of grass field, sport field, children's play ground, walking trail, small creek on either side of the Memorial. Very beautiful place. Lots of parking (around the memorial and a small lot on North West side of the Memorial.
  • A wonderful place to walk around for your exercise, and for some deep reflection about local men or women who were incarcerated or died doing their military service for The United States of America.
