Park · Hidden Gem · Nature / Park
Lake Eola Park is known for its namesake lake with its recognizable fountain, as well as views of the city skyline. Plan a picnic on the green, or children can enjoy the playground. Residents and visitors mingle at events on the great lawn and along the many jogging paths. After dark, the fountain changes color, and a walkway around the lake fills with visitors eager to see the spectacle. A Chinese pagoda in the eastern part of the park joins the light show, and LED lights keep the walkways well lit. • Beautiful place to go with the family ! Parking could be a trouble. A lot of people with their dogs! Nice place to take pictures and take fresh air. Could be crowded on weekends!  more »
  • Lots to do. Good scenery. Fun playground. Parking stinks. A shame the swan boats were not running today.  more »

  • You may wonder why I have posted this picture. This will actually be the place where I will have my marriage ceremony. If you want to spend a quiet and beautiful moment with your loved one. I will always recommend Lake Eola to any couple who wants to be together forever. The memories that will be created by walking and talking together at Lake Eola are amazing and priceless. The only cost that you will have will be the $2.00 for the parking during the day and after 6:00pm it is free parking. I know for a fact that "true love starts at Lake Eola."
  • Such a nice Farmers market. Just wish I had of had more time. Nice playground for the kids to burn some energy. You can feed swans and ducks. Walk your dogs. Parking is good to. Either garage or if you are lucky and find a spot, parallel park along the street.
