SeaWorld Orlando, Orlando

#6 of 8,839 in Things to do in Florida
SeaWorld Orlando blends elements of a theme park and marine life zoo. The vast complex also includes a 7 hectare (17 acre) lagoon and a tropical forest. See the famous killer whales in an arena show, or get a dose of adrenaline with a ride on an upside-down (floorless) roller coaster. To combine the best of both worlds, visit the oceanic water-coaster, featuring an 18 m (60 ft) vertical drop. You can also take part in the interactive deep dives, allowing you to have a safe, hands-off contact with sharks, stingrays, and sea lions. For something a bit more relaxing, enjoy one of many live shows, featuring choreographed performances with lights, music, dolphins, and costumed acrobats. • We love sea world. Get there early, download the all and you can watch all of the shows by lunchtime then hit the rides. When we went, it was hot! Rides closed for Mechanical reasons: this happened wh...  more »
  • Seaworld was great, a lot bigger than i expected, the whales and the dolphins were amazing and all the wee kids rides. Wasn't too busy either and didn't feel cramped. No queuing for anything. We got t...  more »

  • Great park, lots to see and do. Every turn is a new adventure and great fun. Park is really big and is well kept, anywhere you go there are staff ready to help and keep the park clean and orderly. We enjoy the Manta Ray interactive where you get to touch them and feed them shrimp (bait is an extra cost), it was lots of fun. We walked the park and enjoy most of the shows we could get into. Obviously the whales show was spectacular along with the fire works at the end. Parking was smooth and easy. We also purchase the all you can eat passes and it work out pretty well, the selection of food is vast and good for the money. Great time! If you find this review helpful, hit the Like button.
  • So much to do and so much to see! Signs were clear and easy to follow. Maps are provided and easy to read. Restrooms are plentiful. We fed the seals which was cheap and so much fun! I took off on star because we parked and went through check in and NOBODY told us the park was on standby due to inclement approaching weather. It took over an hour for everything to reopen. I just wish they would have warned us as we were entering we would have went to eat and came back later. Otherwise, a good time.
  • Great place to go. Prices are fair and the souvenir cup refills are only 99c! The coasters are excellent and the shows are nice as well. I know about all the critics but the animals look happy to me. I'm no expert but I guess they grew up there and can't live in the ocean in their own and they seem to enjoy their shows as well. So all in all a fair and enjoyable theme park.
  • A place to have fun with your family and friends. The dolphins, whales, and sea lions shows are great. The bubble theater show is unique, exotic and amazing for children and folks of all ages. Never knew the science behind bubbles and didn't know you could do amazing things blowing bubbles. The shark thank aquarium was neat. The food was good with a special deal of $34.99 you can eat all day with intervals of 1 hour. My husband enjoyed immensely. For me ordering one meal was great. So the option was cool and on what you desire for yourself!
  • We were pleased with our visit; although, it would have been the best experience if there was a way that my son could have been near the tank during the dolphin show. We were there for make a wish and had the seats at the far back because people in wheelchairs couldn't get access to the front where the tank is and my son is in a wheelchair. The lady next to us in her wheelchair was also saying it would be nice if people in wheelchairs could sit in the front closest to the tank. I hope you find a way to let the people in wheelchairs get a seat at the front, I'm sure the disabled community in wheelchairs would love better seats at the front.
