We visited during the winter ~which the fort was closed but the grounds were still open for FREE. We drove all the way around the backside of the fort where there is a parking lot that looks over... more »
Really good displays. Informative and interesting. It's a great location to spend an hour or two on a fine day whether the history interests you or not.
Fun and educational experience. Our kids loved exploring the tunnels around the fort. The staff dressed in uniform were very knowledgeable and excited to share what they knew.
