Forest Park, Ottawa

I love this place! I've been coming to this beautiful park for well over 50 years, and still after all these many years every time I come I find something so beautiful I just want to share it with everyone. Yesterday was no different. From the mighty Oaks to Redwood's, trees of all shapes and sizes and in all different phases of their life span it's all so much beauty to behold! The Forrest Park has quite a bit of history too, and from it's creation to now it has been well maintained and kept up in excellence by people who love the beauty it has to offer. And over the past few years they've even added more play equipment for children and a dog park for our furry friends too! So Forrest Park has something for everyone! A great pool, plenty of shelter to picnic in, a Frisbee course, Horse shoe court, baseball field and a paved walking path (have to share with vehicles) and so much beautiful grass to walk in, and lots of beautiful birds as well! check it out for yourself, I think you'll love it as much as I do!

Lots of nice looking cars. A must see car show! Cruise nite is the best.
