Saddle West Hotel, Casino & RV Resort, Pahrump

I had been on the road for a month and a half lately I've experienced very poor service. It was a pleasure to get caring customer service from Shelly at the front desk. Very nice very pleasant it was refreshing. The hotel is vintage but the rooms are spotless the bathroom was spotless the room spacious I'm so glad I stayed here. Kudos to the general manager and HR staff. Shelly is a valuable asset and represents the hotel very graciously it was a pleasure to meet her. Dennis Wesseldine

We go here for the food, either breakfast buffet or regular menu, we have yet to have something bad, the food is awesome! Prime rib; Excellent! Buffet omelette, great! Burger, yummy! Country breakfast so good and filling. Kelly we love you, you are a terrific server!
