SPRIGS & SPROUTS OF WESTERN COLORADO, LLC is a new lavender farm located in beautiful Palisade, Colorado. Palisade is known as the little "Napa Valley" with all of the orchards and vineyards producing some of the most delicious fruit and wine here in the Grand Valley. The high altitude and dry climate provides the most pristine conditions to grow the highest quality lavender ever, both therapeutically and medicinally.

Complimenting our lavender farm, we have a unique gift shoppe filled with lavender value-added products, local pottery, artwork, candles, flavored-infused gourmet balsamic vinegars and olive oils, gourmet cheeses and butters, salsas, marinades, teas, coffee, pasta, jams, jellies, honey, and many other items to be added in the future.

In addition, we also grow sensibly grown produce on our small farm and we provide our quality vegetables and herbs to many local restaurants. On the horizon, Sprigs & Sprouts plans to expand along with the industry including distilling essential oils and hydrosols, installing a greenhouse to propagate lavender, and growing vegetables in a closed irrigation system via aquaponics.

Lavender is currently the newest and fastest growing industry in Colorado which goes hand-in-hand with the superb orchards and vineyards, and Sprigs & Sprouts is very Colorado proud to be an integral part of this new industry. Lavender is one plant with endless possibilities!!
