St Kathryn Cellars, Palisade

#7 of 16 in Wineries in Palisade
Winery / Vineyard · Food & Drink
Our winemakers craft jewel-like bottles with a variety of fruits and botanicals. Flavors include: Apple Blossom, Cherry Wine, Cranberry Kiss, Golden Pear, Peach Passion, Strawberry Rhubarb, Sweet Scarlet (Red Wine Blend/Blackberry) and Lavender.

Our wines are unique, flavorful and authentically crafted to taste just like the fruit of origin. While it may cost us more, we choose to ferment the actual juice of the fruit. For example our pomegranate wine is 100% fermented pomegranate juice. The same is true of our Cranberry, Blueberry, Peach, Cherry & Apple wines.

  • All I need to say is that after trying the honey wine here back in 2010, my parents have made every effort to bring us all back here as a family. It's definitely grown and expanded. Great views of the Palisades and cute area outside to walk around and just enjoy the afternoon of tasting. Tons of honey jams and salsas to try here as well. And a good place to get gifts for the wine lover in your life. A little gem of a place in the middle of grand mountains.
  • We stayed here under the Harvest Host camping club. They were very accommodating and the wine tasting was great also. Next door was another winery. Also great wines. Both different from the other. Lot to do in this area Colorado Monument (awesome drives and hikes). Not to mention so many wineries in this small town.
