  It's not a country club as others here, no gates and roads are public. It used to be military housing years ago with military housing built around the golf course. The first waves of home owners were majority veterans. I owned a home there years ago right in front of the second green on the 9 hole but it's all gone now. I understand that they are building around 6 hundred condos, not enough room for so many.
