  • The Frey House II is a mid-century modern gem perched on the mountainside overlooking Palm Springs! Every detail of the home was well thought out and was designed to blend with the Palm Springs...

  • If your into modern architecture and its design origins, then you can't get much more historic than this small house. Perched above Palm Springs with far reaching views, its built around a huge boulder that sits 1/2 within the house itself. Basic materials of glass, wood and aluminium and built in 1964. Walter Frey was a Swiss emigree, who was also a pupil of Le Corbusier. Magical.
  • This place is lovely. I was surprised that at around 800 square feet I felt I could live here. Upon walking in u feel as though u r part of the hillside, with vast views of the Palm Springs Valley below. The sides of the main room are floor to ceiling glass. Waking up in this space would make ur life feel magical. Living amongst the critters on the other side of the glass and seeing the beauty of each day. It’s a pleasure to know one can build such a small livable home. I chose black and white photos as they felt more fitting for the feeling of the home. 🤗
