  • We reside on the "quite side" of the flowage near Springstead Landing. careful observers will see deer, eagles, loons, a wide variety of song birds, on rare occasions we see otters or a bear. fishing....  more »
  • Turtle Flambeau Flowage is the best primitive camping Wisconsin has to offer. The fishing is hard fought with the amount of wood in the water but worth the reward. Navigational hazards all through the water as well. Do your homework before you come here.
