We started with a couple questions: "Why is no one distilling single malt whiskies from the beers we love?" and "Why are there so many seasonal beers, but no seasonal whiskies?" With a spirit for innovation, we set out to create a line of whiskies the world had never seen.

My husband and I have been twice, and both times we were quite satisfied with the service and the choices we could have in our flights. We were surprised to see that there was no food, but we could bring our own or order from their many menu's, which is great. The day that we went there was an event outside, so no tours, but the staff was great to explain why to us. There are many games to play to pass time. Just wish that children weren't allowed. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend.

Personally, not a fan of the beer or loyals but the honey whiskey and the vodka are seriously good. They regularly have live music and food trucks outside. This place just has a good atmosphere and good liquor. Much bigger inside than you might expect too so stop in.
