  • We stopped at the Falls and hiked up the is a beautiful area! The walk is not too bad with several stops and resting places if you need.  more »
  • Gorgeous fall afternoon with colorful leaves, blue skies, and minimal crowds made for a perfect hike to see the falls and enjoy the moutain stream.  more »
  • This is a great hike, even for not very experienced hikers. The trail is split in two, and on both occasions we took the upper trail is it's an easier hike though not as picturesque as the lower one. Once you get to the trail head, the falls themselves are stunning! Well worth the hike to get there. Bring a good camera to capture it's beauty! Bring cash as you need it to park.
  • The "low trail" alone is worth the visit, but the destination is really spectacular. For those who have never been, here are a couple things to keep in mind: * Bring cash for parking ($3, at the time of this review). There is no means to pay by card. * There are two trails to the falls. If you cross the first bridge, you will be taking the more picturesque path (the low trail) that hugs the stream. It is also the more challenging and slower path. Wear good shoes. If you're up for the extra effort, it's worth your time. * If you take the high trail (don't go over the first bridge), the path is a gentle upwards grade that is both easier and faster than the low trail, though not as picturesque. Note that you will be presented with a direction sign as you near the falls. If you go to the right, the terrain gets a bit rougher (like the low trail), but will bring in at the base of the falls. If you go left, the path is still easier and should bring you to stairs that take you down next to the falls.
