Escape On Palafox, Pensacola

We tried the Haunted room and had an absolute blast! It was our first escape room experience. We were glad to have others in the room who had done escape rooms before. It was challenging and so much fun! Definitely recommend!

After reading reviews, I thought I would get a feel for how the escape game would be to played or hints perhaps to be successful. We had 4 adults and 1 minor in our group. The game was overall, fun, exciting and intriguing the entire time. Layers of clues mixed with red herrings. The trick is to know what is a clue and what is not. We did the museum room. Apparently, there is a 25% success rate. It took all of us with our combined skills to get almost done, probably another 5 minutes and we would have escaped. 60 minutes is pressing down in you constantly, time or, lack there of is not on your side. All in all, fabulous time was had by all. I continued to think about the layers of difficulty built into the game long afterwards. This is not a simple game of geo cache search and find, you will need your brain and every other person as a team to input their random thoughts to trigger your thinking as well. I would recommend going before you have had ANY cocktails. I thought the art in the room was well done, Everything in the room is a clue and I felt like we were really in an art museum. This is a must visit if you are are a tourist or, like us, this area is your home. We will certainty go again!
