    Nice park. Lots of beggers and a few mentally ill people.

    Great family experience, the kids will love it. Perfect study place for students... if you're a teenager, great dating spot... ice skating in the winter and it's pretty much the heart off the city! Plenty of tourists attractions, not too far from independence mall, and old city Philadelphia... beware of solicitors though...
