Please Touch Museum invites children of all ages to interact with imaginary worlds. You'll notice that the exhibits feature movie props and items from popular children's stories, like the walking piano from the film "Big" or more than three decades of "Star Wars" toys. All exhibits and displays are kid friendly and made to be touched. Be sure to enjoy the Woodside Park carousel from 1908 that's been rebuilt in the museum. Please Touch Museum reviews
This museum kept my 3-year-old well-entertained for our 3-hour covid time slot. We could've spent much more time in the museum had we been allowed. $19 for 3 hours felt like a steep price tag... more »
wish Philadelphia invested more in preserving old buildings like this and respect its architectural legacy. The exhibits are interactive and good and great for kids and families. more »
1 part chaos + 1 part adventure + 1 part FUN! Your kids will love it. Plenty of room, plenty to see, plenty of space if they (or you) need a break. This is the most hands-on day at the museum your kids will get. (thus the name!) Take the time and go through 2X. Have them pick out their favorites or ask them where "Alice" or the "Statue of Liberty" was and make them navigate ... it's so much fun!
Great museum for little kids! My daughter (5) and i loved exploring this museum. There was so much to see and do, I wish we had anither hour or so. Astronomy show was amazingly done, food was reasonably priced for a museum and they even have a carousel! Bathrooms were pretty clean, given the number of families there. Admission was a little higher than what i would've liked, but definitely worth it.
