First Christian Church, Phoenix

I've been going here for almost a year. First and foremost, the preaching is excellent and it is the real gospel. No watered down, prosperity gospel, tiptoeing around the issues here. They teach the truth in love. And perhaps the best part is they have microphones out in the crowd too so people can come up and share. The congregation is more involved in the service overall. The worship is good and not too long if that's something you are worried about. Also they do tons of outreach. I am confident that my tithes and donations are going to good use. Whether it's outreach to the homeless, mission trips, discipleship programs, back to school stuff for the kids, you name it, they are always being a light somehow. The staff is friendly and approachable and well so is everybody. I highly recommend joining a life group or Bible study.
