The show was amazing! If you love horses, it is even more amazing. The things they train these horses to do (like jump through a hoop of fire), the stunts of the riders, the comedy, the music, and there is even a short magic act! There is something for everyone! Show was better than I could have imagined! No complaints there! The food-soup fantastic, biscuit fantastic, the chicken-is there is a word better than fantastic? The corn good. The apple turnover tasty. The pork was a bit dry, the baked potato was super bland for there was no salt nor butter on it. Be prepared! They do ask for a 15 percent tip for the wait staff at the end of the show. So take another $25-$30 cash for the tip. (Wish they would have been included in the ticket price. I don't carry much cash on vacation. So it was awkward and cut into my vacation emergency cash because I was not expecting it).

Overall 5 stars as the care and attention to the performance, service and food deserves it. There are trick riders galore, a fun competition between north and south, Buffalo, Texas longhorns, ponies and piggies!! There was even a cute “magic show” portion of the performance that was cute as well. That all being said - a spoon would have been great for the soup and the pork loin was a bit dry. Salt and pepper would have been appreciated for the potato if nothing else. Small critiques. But overall a wonderful concept and show.
